# Grazer Liverpool — full detail > Grazing boards, charcuterie platters, brunch platters, graze boxes and grazing tables, made to order in Crosby, Merseyside and delivered across Liverpool. Family run since 2021. Enquiry only, no online checkout. Current as of 26 August 2026. Source of truth is https://grazerliverpool.co.uk — if anything here disagrees with the site, the site is correct. ## The business Grazer Liverpool is a family run catering business based in Crosby, north Liverpool, founded in 2021 by Hannah Stanley. Everything is made to order in the Crosby kitchen on the morning it is delivered. It is a service-area business: there is no shop or public premises, and no published address or telephone number. All contact is by email at hello@grazerliverpool.co.uk, and the enquiry form on the site is the usual route. There is no online checkout. An enquiry is free and carries no obligation. Grazer confirms availability and the final price by email, usually the same day, then invoices. A deposit secures the date and the balance falls due two weeks before delivery. Popular dates go to whoever confirms first. ## How much notice is needed At least one month on every order, whether it is a single board or a full grazing table. The date picker on the enquiry form will not offer an earlier date. Weddings, grazing tables, summer dates and anything in December should be booked several months ahead. ## What it costs All platters are 21 inch and served on a biodegradable palm leaf board. Large Graze Platter, £105.00, feeds 5. Three cheeses, three delicatessen meats and a full border of seasonal fruit and vegetables, with homemade chutney, hummus with pomegranate, pretzel bites, bitesize chicken wraps, nutty brittle, artisan crackers and homemade sesame pork rolls. Large Vegetarian Platter, £105.00, feeds 5. Three cheeses, garlic-infused rustic bread and seasonal fruit and vegetables, with caramelised onion chutney, olives, hummus with pomegranate, mixed nuts, red pepper and pesto wraps, bitesize pretzels, peanut brittle and artisan crackers. Sandwich Platter, £115.00, feeds 8 to 10. Fresh ciabatta with five fillings: chicken, avocado and cream cheese pesto; salmon, cream cheese and cucumber; honey roast ham, Swiss cheese and rocket; salami, chorizo, dill pickle and mozzarella; egg mayonnaise and cress. Surrounded by homemade sesame pork rolls and rocket. Brunch Platter, £110.00, feeds 5. Bagels, croissants, homemade mini pancake stacks and homemade blueberry muffins, surrounded by seasonal fruit and served with pretzels, maple syrup and caramel sauce. Boxes are delivered in recyclable eco-friendly boxes rather than on boards. Graze Box, £85.00, 15 inch, feeds 4. Wedding Brunch Box, £90.00, 8 inch, feeds 2. Made for the morning of the wedding, boxed per person so the bridal party can eat while getting ready. Afternoon Tea Box, £110.00, 15 inch, feeds 5. An assortment of finger sandwiches, scones, cherry almond cake or Victoria sponge, rocky road and strawberries. Individual Boxes, £15.00 each, 8 inch, one person per box. Minimum order is 20 boxes, so the minimum spend is £300.00. Suited to offices, christenings and baby showers where a shared board does not work. Children's Party Boxes, £18.00. That price buys a food box and a sweet cup together — the cup is included, not an extra. Minimum order is 20 pairs, so the minimum spend is £360.00. They arrive ready to display. Grazing Tables are quoted per event and are for 40 or more guests. The price includes display apparatus, delivery, styling and full setup on the day, and collection of the display equipment the day after. Bespoke orders — themes, colour schemes, adapted boards and boxes — are quoted individually. ## Delivery Grazer delivers to every Liverpool postcode. Free to Crosby (L23) and Waterloo (L22), with no minimum order. £5.00 elsewhere in Liverpool. £20.00 to Southport (PR8, PR9), which in practice means Southport orders tend to be grazing tables or several platters rather than a single board. £30.00 to the Wirral. Collection from the Crosby kitchen is free. Named areas with their own pages: Crosby, Waterloo, Formby (L37), Liverpool City Centre (L1, L2, L3), Bootle (L20), Maghull (L31), West Derby (L12), Woolton (L25), Aigburth and Allerton (L17, L18), Southport. ## Portion sizes A 21 inch platter feeds around 5 as a main, or more as a nibble alongside other food. The sandwich platter feeds 8 to 10. For larger numbers Grazer will suggest a combination of platters, or a grazing table if the headcount is 40 or more. ## Allergens and dietary requirements The kitchen is not allergen-free and not gluten-free. Cross-contamination can occur, and manufacturers change their own recipes without notice. Food may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish and shellfish. Baked goods may contain or touch peanuts and tree nuts. A full vegetarian platter is made, and boards can be adapted where it is safe to do so. Allergies must be raised at the point of enquiry rather than on the day of delivery; Grazer will decline an order rather than take a risk. ## Occasions Weddings: bespoke grazing tables for the evening reception, and morning brunch boxes for the bridal party. Delivered and set up. Hen parties: brunch platters delivered to rented apartments and hotels across the city centre, usually mid-morning on the Sunday. Platters arrive sealed and ready to go straight on the table. Corporate and events: individual graze boxes for offices, meetings and client days; grazing tables for launches and events where people are standing and moving. Children's parties: food boxes and sweet cups delivered ready to display, with a graze board alongside for the adults. Family occasions: christenings, baby showers, milestone birthdays and anniversaries make up a large share of orders. ## Food handling Boards are made the morning they are delivered and are best eaten that day. They should be refrigerated until served, and leftovers treated as any fresh deli food would be. Platters and boards go out on biodegradable palm leaf, heat sealed in cellophane, wrapped in twine and garnished with gypsy rose. Ingredients are sourced locally where possible. ## Common questions, answered How much notice do you need? At least one month on every order.
