What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery postcode and anything else you choose to tell us, such as the date you need, guest numbers and dietary requirements.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote for your order, and fulfil and deliver it. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and to handle any follow-up, and are deleted after that.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics, and only if you accept it. Analytics are off until you choose, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Our cookie policy lists every cookie, what it does and how long it lasts. We do not set advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@grazerliverpool.co.uk and we will action it.
